1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 2 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags and seals intact.
  • Items purchased during sale events or under promotional offers may not be eligible for return (please refer to specific product listings for details).
  • Earrings and other intimate jewelry are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you return shipping instructions.

  • Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and passes quality inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges for a different size, color, or design (if available) are accepted within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Replacement items will be shipped within 5–7 business days after the exchange request is approved.
  • Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Earrings or other items that come in direct contact with the skin, for hygiene reasons
  • Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
